For Therapists (and more…)

Resources, community, and support for the people doing the supporting.

Chronically Booked: A Book Club for STL Therapists

Chronically Booked is a St. Louis-based book club for therapists, counselors and other mental health professionals who just want to read fun fiction, eat good food, and maybe spiral (in a cute, self-aware way). We meet monthly to dish on plot twists, main character energy, and our big, beautiful feelings—no heavy clinical talk, just vibes, snacks, and stories. Come for the books, stay for the bonding. Didn't read the book? come anyways.

Griefology:
Resources for the people supporting grief.

Grief is my jam. Marketing used to be.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade in marketing and communications, which means creating helpful, easy-to-understand resources is kind of my love language. Over the years, I've combined that background with my passion for grief work to create worksheets, reflections, handouts, blog posts, and educational resources that help people make sense of grief and all its WTF-ness.

This collection is available for therapists, social workers, counselors, and other helping professionals to use with their clients—in sessions, between sessions, in groups, or wherever it feels helpful.

No gatekeeping here. Take what serves you, leave what doesn't, and come back often. I'm always adding more. Have questions on how to use a particular resource? Email me: Hello@griefology.co

Coming Soon: The Griefology Grief Collective

Grief work can feel lonely sometimes. The Griefology Grief Collective is a future community for therapists, social workers, counselors, and other helping professionals who support grieving clients.

My vision is a space for connection, consultation, resource sharing, referrals, and ongoing learning—with virtual community, local meetups, and plenty of opportunities to nerd out about grief together.

Marketing & Brand Consulting

Marketing help for therapists from a therapist (who used to work in marketing.)

Plot twist: before grief became my thing, marketing was.

I spent more than a decade in marketing and communications before becoming a therapist, and one thing I've learned is that good marketing isn't about convincing people to work with you, it's about helping YOUR people find you.

If your website feels clunky, your messaging feels vague, or you're tired of getting advice that tells you to post three Reels a day and dance on the internet, I get it. My approach is rooted in authenticity, clarity, and building a practice that actually feels like you.

From niche development and messaging to website audits and social media strategy, I offer support designed specifically for therapists and helping professionals.

No pressure to become an influencer. No pressure to post every day. Just thoughtful, values-aligned marketing that helps the right people find you.
